Registration includes full 3-day access to all keynote sessions, scientific tracks, innovation exhibition booths, coffee breaks, official networking lunches, digital conference proceedings, and an accredited Certificate of Attendance.
Student passes are reserved for full-time undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students. You will be asked to upload or present a valid university student ID or official supervisor letter at badge pickup.
Cancellations requested in writing before February 1, 2027 will receive an 80% refund. Substitute delegate transfers are accepted free of charge at any time prior to February 15, 2027.
Yes! Groups of 5 or more delegates from the same university, hospital, or organization qualify for a 15% group discount. Contact [email protected] for a group invoice.
